REFUND POLICY
Welcome to the Brodie League. We are super excited to have you join our growing community of over 20,000 athletes!
Before completing your registration, please review and acknowledge our refund policy outlined below.
FULL REFUND
- A full refund may only be processed if the refund request is submitted at least 14 days prior to the start of the season.
- A fee of $50.00 + tax will be deducted if you have ordered a customized jersey.
no REFUND
- Brodie League does not provide refunds in the following situations:
i) If the refund is requested less than 14 days prior to the start of the season.
ii) Athlete injuries, changes in physical condition or other personal situations.
iii) Teams or individuals who are suspended or ejected from the league due to any violations of Player Code of Conduct (e.g. fighting, threats, disruptive behavior, etc).
iv) For closures due to inclement weather, forfeited, cancelled or rescheduled games.
- v) Events beyond our control, including covid or other disasters.
REFUND procedure
- All refund requests must be submitted by email to info@brodierec.com.
- The refund request email must contain the following information:
- i) Athlete's full name.
- ii) Location and team name.
- iii) Invoice number.
- iv) Reason for refund request.
- Refund requests will be reviewed within 14 days of receipt.
*PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS REFUND POLICY IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT THE DISCRETION OF BRODIE LEAGUE. REFUND DECISIONS WILL BE MADE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS POLICY AND OUR COMMITMENT TO FAIRNESS AND TRANSPARENCY.
