RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify the right neighbourhoods and facilities in your city, to launch our expansion league.
Consultations on the local basketball landscape (e.g. Existing mens leagues, refereeing landscape, top facilities, mens-league culture, local media, Influencers & brands etc.)
Support in identifying and analysing eligible facilities for a local Brodie flagship location
Facility outreach support & liaising: Work with our team to make plans a reality
REQUIREMENTS
- Are hungry to build your career as the face of Brodie in your community
Are a motivated and organised self-starter with a passion for basketball
Have 3+ years of management experience
Have your finger on the pulse of local facilities
Are well connected in the local basketball community
Upbeat attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment where they will have a lot of autonomy
SALARY
$30,000 - $80,000 USD range based on performance and location team count.
Opportunity for Rapid advancement as we expand to the US.

Identify and locate 5 basketball facilities with 2+ courts within a hour drive from your Major city centre / downtown.
Identify 10 local influencers in the basketball space (10k+ followers preferred)
Identify 10 basketball/culture pages on social based in your area (10k+ followers preferred)
Identify 2-3 existing men's leagues in your area.
Note: This is an opportunity to demonstrate your expertise of the local basketball landscape and to be used as a foundation for discussion
